We fully believe in the value of our employees, and engage an independent human resources consultant on a yearly basis to ensure that Dragon Oil offers attractive career and incentive opportunities in order to compete strongly within the oil and gas sector. The Dragon Oil group management has previously appointed independent HR consultants, Mercer Human Resources Consulting (“Mercer”), to provide it with independent remuneration advice and the Remuneration Committee has been provided with full details of the same, to assist it in determining remuneration packages. Mercer does not provide any other services to the Dragon Oil group except advice on the implementation of the remuneration policy.
